摘要
食品是灾区救援的重要物资,为做好灾害期间受灾地区的食品安全管理,探讨了灾害救援过程中捐赠救援食品的卫生管理在适用法律方面的问题。鉴于我国自然灾害发生的情况,建议应对于捐赠性质的食品及应急的非常态状况下从事救援食品运作和临时调用人员,做出明确的规范或说明。
To ensure the donated food safety during natural disasters, the common and possible health problems and law application to reinforce management were researched. Health management of relief food during natural disasters is expected to be solved in the law of food hygiene. Explicit regulation or explanation is supposed to be made for donated food, and for personnel engaged or temporarily engaged in management of relief food.
