摘要 为观察四氯化碳急性中毒对大鼠机体的损伤作用及番茄红素对损伤的保护作用,给大鼠灌胃番茄红素,4周后以四氯化碳腹腔注射,24h后处死,测定血清和肝肾匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、谷胱肝肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)。与模型组相比,各番茄红素组的大鼠血清和肝肾组织的SOD活性、GSH-Px活力上升,MDA含量降低,GSH含量升高,T-AOC升高。番茄红素可以提高大鼠机体的抗氧化能力,减轻四氯化碳对机体造成的氧化损伤。 To observe the protective effect of lyeopene against the acute injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCI4), 32 male Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups: groups 1 - 4. Daily by gavage, rats in group 3 and 4 were given lycopene 20 mg/kg BW and 10 mg/kg BW in salad oil respectively and those in group 1 and group 2 were given salad oil of similar volume without lyeopene. After 4 weeks, the animals in groups 2, 3and 4 were exposed to CC14 by intrapefitoneal injection (0.5 ml/kg BW) and those in group 1 were given normal saline via the same route (0.5 ml/kg BW). 24 hours later, the animals were killed by decapitation, tissue samples collected and the contents of SOD, MDA, GSH, GSH-Px and T-AOC in serum, kidney and liver were measured. The results indicated that the parameters of antioxidative capacity of the animals in groups 3 and 4 were higher than those in groups 1 and 2, while the content of MDA in groups 3 and 4 was significantly lower ( P 〈 0.05). It is concluded that lyeopene could enhance the antioxidative capacity and alleviate the oxidative damage induced by carbon tetraehloride in rats.
