摘要
2004年6月14日至18日,闸北区某高级中学116名学生因食用学生食堂饭菜发生食物中毒,发病率为9.48%。主要症状为腹痛、腹泻、发热。根据流行病学调查、临床表现、实验室检验结果分析,认定这是一起由食堂从业人员带菌污染食堂饭菜引起的肠侵袭性大肠埃希菌食物中毒。
A food poisoning case due to eating the food of school canteen in Zhabei District, Shanghai was reported. Among the 1 223 students who had had a common dining history, 116 （9.48%） had poisoning symptoms including stomachache, diarrhea and fever. Based on results from epidemic survey, clinical analysis and laboratory tests showed that it was a bacterial food poisoning case caused by enteroinvasive E. coil （EIEC） which polluted the foods because of the pathogen carriers who work in the canteen.
