Limitation and Realistic Avenues to "Net Drug" Control

“网毒”给青少年身心健康带来了极其严重的危害,治理“网毒”刻不容缓。但“网毒”治理存在极限。其现实路径应是:治理“网毒”分四个阶段进行。而当前应稳步推进综合治理,加强思想道德建设,健全网络法制,大力研发过滤技术并快速升级,加强经济保障,强化国际联合与协作。

＂Net Drug＂ means unhealthy online information, which is physically and mentally harmful to the health of youngsters. To control it is of great urgency, but there are some limitation to do that. The realistic avenues begin from the four periods. At present, we should tackle the problem in a comprehensive way, strengthen the construction of ideology and morality, perfect network legal systems, develop the filtering tnchnique and update it quickly, strengthen economic guarantee and enhance the international co-operation.
