摘要
借鉴国外的成功经验,在农村金融体系和农业保险体系框架下,立足国内农业保险发展的实践和需求,在充分利用现有农业政策性金融、商业性金融资源的基础上,构建完善、可行、高效的农业政策性保险体系模式,成为本文关注的主题。
The paper explores a new model of desirable,feasible and efficient agricultural insurance model for the Chinese government to consider.Among others,the international practice in rural finance and insurance systems should serve as successful example for China
