凝血因子Ⅻ与血栓形成 被引量：2

摘要 凝血因子(F)是内源性凝血途径的启动因子。F缺乏时活化的部分凝血活酶时间明显延长,但并不引起明显的出血倾向,相反,却有发生血栓形成的危险。F基因启动子区第46位核苷酸存在一个常见的多态性C→T,与血浆F的活性和抗原水平有关,携带T/T基因型者F血浆水平明显减低,T/T基因型可能是血栓形成的遗传性危险因素。
