摘要
目的研究医用透明质酸钠的细胞毒性。方法遵照ISO10993医疗器械生物学评价国际标准的实验原则,采用国际标准的两种实验方法,更全面地反应医用透明质酸钠的细胞毒性。结果医用透明质酸钠为0级反应。阴性和阳性对照组的反应符合规定。结论医用透明质酸钠无细胞毒性。
Objective To study the cytotoxicity of medical sodium hyaluronate. Methods According to the experimental principle of international biological appraising standard （ISO10993） on medical apparatus, two international standard experimental methods are adopted on the study for medical sodium hyaluronate by which the cytotoxicity can be revealed completely. Results The medical sodium hyaluronate is zero level while the normal and model groups are reasonable. Conclusion The medical sodium hvaluronate is noncvtotoxicitv.
