摘要
肝细胞脂肪变性形态学的模型研究,国内外罕有报道,也没有成熟的模型可用。本研究应用扫描电镜对与环境因素(饮食、营养状态、食物污染)有关的高脂血清、乙醇、四氯化碳导致肝细胞脂肪性变形态进行了观察和比较。结果表明,经给与乙醇、血清、四氯化碳等各种损伤因子,各模型组的细胞形态与正常组的,差异有显著性。实验表明它们均可不同程度地导致肝细胞的脂肪变性。
Morphology of the model of the hepatocyte fatty degeneration was studied by the scanning electron microscope (SEM). The hepatocyte was cultured in vitro and given three damage factors including alcohol, serum and Carbon tetrachloride (CCl4), and then observed by SEM. The results showed that significant difference of the hepatocyte morphology was observed in all the model groups, compared with the normal groups, The study suggested that the above damage factors (alcohol, serum, CCl4) could lead to the hepatocyte fatty degeneration at different levels.
