摘要
东方1-1气田的丛式水平井及大位移井在采用常规的定向钻井技术的条件下,使用Landmark公司的Compass&Wellplan软件对该项目的所有井进行优化设计,优化底部钻具组合、井眼轨迹、井身结构及钻井顺序方案,使用导向马达+AGS+MWD/LWD的组合,解决了大斜度长稳斜裸眼井段的井斜控制问题和摩阻大、滑动送钻困难与井眼轨迹控制和控制方位漂移及提高机械进尺的问题,优快地完成了该项目的所有大位移水平井。
In all drilling operations of horizontal wells, frictional resistance and torque restrict the extention of horizontal displacement, clean and stability of borehole increase the difficulty of directional drilling in Dongfang 1-1 gas field. It is difficult to use regular directional drilling technique completing cluster horizontal well and extended reach wells. In order to solve the problem, under the condition of using regular directional drilling technique, applying the Compass & Wellplan software of Landmark company redesigned all wells of this item, and optimized bottom hole assembly, well trajectory, casing program and drilling order project, using the combination of steering motor +AGS+ MWD/LWD solved deviation control in big high-inclination and long open interval, well trajectory control, azimuthal drifting control and raising drilling speed etc. problems, All extended reach horizontal wells are quality and quickly completed.
