摘要
针对常规打水泥塞作业经常出现不易控制长度、水泥塞容易“打飞”、易出现“灌香肠”、“插旗杆”等实际问题,通过对水泥塞固井技术的研究,开发出一种新型工具—水泥塞定位器。该工具能够准确定位水泥塞的深度和长度,实现了水泥塞的准确定位功能,通过与钻杆胶塞的配合使用,实现了水泥浆和钻井液的完全隔离,从而减少了打水泥塞事故,提高了水泥塞质量。该项技术研究达到了预期目的,完全能够满足现场需要。
In the process of cementing plug, cement plug length can't control and easy to make accident, for example “fill the sausage” and “insert the flagpole”. In view of this problem, a new cement plug localizer is developed. This tool can locate the length and depth of cement plug accurately. Through the coordination application with the drill rod rubber, the cement slurry and drilling fluid are completely isolated. So it reduces cementing plug accident and improves the cement plug quality. This technical research achieved the anticipative goal and meet field need.
