摘要
螺柱焊在船厂隔热材料贴附、人孔盖固定、甲板和舱室板壁铺设、电缆及管子悬挂、以及焊接防滑钉等作业场合,都获得了广泛地应用。螺柱焊与电弧焊相比具有许多优点:能够焊接钢、不锈钢、铜、铝等材料;能简化加工工序及操作;焊接速度快、能耗少。所以采用螺柱焊,可以大大地节约船厂生产的时间和成本,具有推广应用的价值。考虑到船厂生产的特殊性,船厂在使用螺柱焊的过程中会碰到一些问题,需要加以研究、改进和提高。
Today,stud welding has been widely used in multi-purpose occasion of shipyard,such as attaching insulation material,fixing cover with hole for man-in,paving wooden boards to steel deck,holding cable and pipe,welding anti-skid studs.Compared with traditional are welding ,stud welding have many advantages such as applicable for Mild steel,stainless steel ,copper and aluminum,simplifying working procedure ,and to be convenient for operation,and etc.,which save a lot of times and costs,and can be widely applied.Of course,the further research＆improvement shall be made in the stud welding process due to the characteristic in differern shipyards.
