钽薄板TIG点焊熔池的计算 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究钽薄板TIG焊过程中熔池的变化规律,采用高速摄像系统精确测定了钽TIG焊熔池动态尺寸的变化。针对钽薄板TIG焊接的特点,基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对钽薄板TIG焊接的温度场进行三维数值动态模拟,并将计算量控制在可接受的范围内。建模时结合实体单元和表面单元,并采用焊缝处细密远离焊缝处粗略的不均匀网格;计算了主要工艺参数对熔池的影响及焊后焊缝区温度场变化规律。计算结果表明:熔池的尺寸随焊接时间和焊接电流的变化较为明显,焊后焊缝区降温速度随时间的延长而表现不同的趋势。 In order to study the changing rule of the molten pool in TIG welding of tantalum sheet ,the dynamic size of molten pool was accurataly measured with a high-speed vidieon-According to the characters of TIC, welding of tantalum sheet,based on ANSYS, three-dimensional transient rumerical dynamic simulation of tantalum TIG welding was carried out.The amount of calculation was eontrolled within the acceptable range.The solid element and surface element were enmbined.The uneven grids that were fine near the weld and eoarse far from the weld were meshed.The effect of different parmeters for molten pool was calculated and the rule of temperature changing of molten pool was analyzed.The molten pool obviously changed with welding time and welding current from the results and the different trend that speed of descending temperature with the time in weld after welding is shown.The results can he used to i.mprove the welding quality, and instruct the are welding process.
