组织工程及干细胞技术在膀胱修复重建中的研究进展

摘要
各种原因造成膀胱的损伤或缺失往往需要进行膀胱的修复乃至重建,临床上常用胃肠道作为膀胱的替代材料,但因其与泌尿系组织结构及生物特性不同而导致一系列并发症,组织工程及干细胞技术的兴起与发展则可望为膀胱的修复重建提供一种全新的治疗模式。
