摘要
研究了在560~645℃温度区间烧结的Al-4.4%CU(质量分数)粉末合金.用背散射电子像详细地分析了合金的组织特征,讨论了合金性能与组织之间的关系.结果表明,烧结温度、保温时间和冷却过程中的不平衡结晶,决定了合金晶粒大小和析出θ相的性质.具有均匀细晶组织、低孔隙度及θ相细而均匀弥散分布的合金,综合性能最好.
The structure of Al-4.4%Cu Powder alloy under sintering between 560℃ and 645℃ is studied in this paper. Crystallographic features of the alloys were analysed in detail using BEI. Retationship between properties and structure of alloys is discussed. The experimental results show that temperature and holding time under sintering and nonequilibrium crystallization under cooling determine the grain size and character of θ-phase precipitations. The alloy with fine grain structure of homogeneity, low porosity and fine precipitations of θ-phase uniformly distibuted within structure possesses the best properties.
