摘要
血管瘤是婴幼儿最常见的皮肤良性肿瘤,对于增殖期的血管瘤应该早期治疗,以控制它的生长,促进消退,但目前治疗仍然十分棘手。近20年激光医学取得飞速发展,根据氧合血红蛋白的吸收峰值,研制出了各种治疗血管瘤的激光。对闪光灯泵脉冲染料激光、倍频Nd:YAG激光(532nm)、Nd:YAG激光(1064nm)、光动力疗法在皮肤血管瘤方面的应用和各自特点作出评价。
Skin hemangiomas are the most common benign cutaneous tumor of infancy. Early therapy has been recommended for proliferating hemangiomas. The main purpose of the treatment for hemangiomas is to inhibit their proliferation and to induce their regression. Hemangiomas are still difficult to manage. Recently, various lasers have been developed based on the absorption peaks for oxyhemoglobin. This review discusses and evaluates various vascular-specific lasers, including flash lamp pumped pulsed dye laser, frequency-doubled Nd:YAG laser(532nm), Nd :YAG laser( 1064nm)and photodynamic therapy in the management of skin hemangiomas.
