摘要 流行病学研究提示,绿茶中的一些成分具有防癌的特性,绿茶抗癌能力归因于其多酚部分的生物活性。绿茶这一活性的主要成分是表没食子儿茶精没食子酸酯,其对中波紫外线皮肤光损伤的保护作用及其可能的保护机制的研究近年来进展较快,引起关注。 Epidemiologic studies have demonstrated that some components of green tea have an inhibitory effect on carcinogenesis, which attributes to the biologic activities of polyphenol in the tea. It is found that a polyphenolic constituent, (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), is the major and most effective photoprotective agent in green tea. In the recent years much progress has been made in the study of photoprotective mechanisms of EGCG in skin.
