摘要
银屑病是一常见的免疫性、炎症性慢性皮肤病。在T细胞亚群失衡、角质形成细胞异常增殖活化及最终淋巴细胞在皮损局部的浸润这一过程中,免疫分子以网络的形式参与其中,它们表达异常并相互作用导致免疫调控网络失衡。通过调控网络这一形式,相互诱导、调节、拮抗、相加或协同,调节银屑病免疫应答和炎症反应的发生、发展、转归。
Psoriasis is a common, chronic inflammatory cutaneous disorder with bright red and scaly plaques. In the development of this disease, the disequilibrium of T cell subsets, the abnormal proliferation as well as activation of keratinocytes and the lymphocyte recruitment to the skin, immune molecules express ab- normally and interact as a network, which may result in the imbalance of the immune regulation network and affect the immune response as well as the occurrence, development and outcome of the inflammatory response in psoriasis. This paper reviews how the complex biological system, including various immune molecules, func- tions in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
