摘要 皮肤淋巴细胞相关抗原是T淋巴细胞表面表达的一种特异的黏附分子,是记忆T淋巴细胞的皮肤归巢受体。银屑病是一种T细胞异常的免疫性皮肤病。T细胞在银屑病的发病中扮演重要角色,活化的T细胞表达皮肤淋巴细胞相关抗原,可加速T细胞的皮肤归巢,对银屑病的发生、发展及复发有重要作用。对皮肤淋巴细胞相关抗原与银屑病相关性进行研究,将更深入了解银屑病发病中T细胞的异常,并可将此作为银屑病治疗的新靶点。 Cutaneous lymphocyte-associated antigen(CLA) is a special adhesion molecule expressed on the surface of T lymphocytes and also a skin-homing receptor on memory T lymphocytes. Psoriasis is an immune-mediated skin disease with abnormal T cells, which play an important role in the pathogenesis of this disease. CLA, expressed by activated T cells, can accelerate the homing of T lymphocytes to the skin, which is important to the occurrence, development and relapse of psoriasis. The study on the relationship between CLA and psoriasis can help us to understand the importance of abnormal T cells in the pathogenesis of psoriasis, and also may find new targets for the treatment of psoriasis.
