Research on the Strategy of China’s Coal Development

以广泛细致的调查研究为依据，应用采矿原理与系统工程相结合、定性分析与定量分析相结合、专家经验与现代科学方法相结合的方法，深入分析了中国煤炭开发战略的过去、现在和未来，提出了整套的战略思想、战略目标、总体部署、发展途径和关键举措。

Based on extensive and careful investigations, as well as through analysing the past,the present and the future of the strategy of China’s coal development by using theory of mining as well as method of system engineering, qualitative analysis as well as quantitative analysis and experiences of experts as well as the modern scientific method, a complete set of strategic thoughts, strategic destinations, over-all layout, route of development and major measures is put forward.
