动载荷滑动轴承的疲劳试验研究

Experimental Research on the Fatigue Strength of Journal Bearing under Dynamic Load

对国产载重汽车发动机常用的巴氏合金轴瓦进行了疲劳强度试验研究．根据试验得出的数据，应用数理统计方法，拟合出了试验轴承在不同置信度和可靠度下的疲劳寿命曲线及疲劳极限应力．为轴承的疲劳强度设计提供了可靠的基础数据．

In this paper, the experimental research on the fatigue strength of the domestic bushing alloy layer has been carried out in a soda dynamic load bearing testing machine made in Japan and improved by ourselves. From the testing results, the fatigue curves C-R-S-N and the limiting fatigue stress are obtained by statistical method. That offers the basic reliable data for the strength design of the sliding bearing, which are very short in bearing design nowadays.
