摘要 对传统的定量铁谱的数据处理方法进行了分析和讨论,针对现有技术过份依赖分析人员的弱点,提出了对铁谱定量参数进行过程质量控制的t检验的方法,介绍了该方法在现场AM-500采煤机液压系统监测中的应用情况,并对结果进行了分析. The traditional data process and analysis method of quantitative ferrography are discussed in this paper.To overcome the disadvantage that the reliability of analysis is excessively dependent on the experience of analyzer, a new method which uses the t quality control techniques to identify the wear state is proposed. The experiment for this theory used in the hydraulic system of AM-500 shearer is introduced and discussed.
