股骨重建钉内固定治疗股骨多段骨折疗效分析

Effect of reconstruction interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation for multisegmental femoral fracture

目的:探讨重建型交锁髓内钉治疗股骨多段骨折的临床疗效。方法:自2001年3月￣2004年10月对16例股骨多段骨折采用重建型交锁髓内钉固定,闭合或开放穿钉。结果:16例经6￣18个月的随访,愈合时间4￣18个月,平均12个月,优良率达94%,膝、髋关节功能恢复良好。结论:股骨重建钉能满足自股骨颈至股骨髁之间多处骨折内固定需要,固定牢固,可早期负重及功能锻炼,是治疗股骨多段骨折的理想方法。

Objective：To disscuss the chnical effect of reconstruction interlocking intramedullary nail for multisegmental femoral fracture.Methods：From March 2001 to October 2004,16 cases of multisegmental of femur fracture were treated with closed or open reduction and reconstruction interlocking intramedullary nail firxation. Results：The 16 cases were followed up from 4 months to 18 months, average 12 months. The excellent and good rate was 92%. The function of hip and knee was well recovery. Conclusion：The reconstruction interlocking intramedullary nail can meet the fixation from femoral neck to femoral condyle, with a reliable fixation, permits early weight-bearing and functional exercise, is an ideal way for multisegmental femoral fracture.
