四黄胶囊抗炎、抗菌作用的实验研究

Experimental study on the anti-inflammatory and antiseptic action of sihuang capsule

目的:探讨四黄胶囊的抗炎、抗菌效果。方法:运用大鼠肉芽肿模型和试管法,观察四黄胶囊的抗炎、抗菌效果。结果:四黄胶囊对肉芽肿的生长和引起呼吸道感染的病原菌和条件致病菌均有不同程度的抑制作用。结论:四黄胶囊具有一定的抗炎、抗菌效果。

Objective：To investigate the anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effect of sihuang capsule in vitro.Methods：The antl-inflammatory and antiseptic effect of sihuang capsule was observed by using the cotton ball granulating proliferation test and the tube method. Results：Sihuang capsule inhibited the growth of granuloma,and had different inhibition action on pathogenic bacteria and conditional pathogen leading to respiratory tract infection.Conclusion：Sihuang capsule possesses a certain anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effect.
