无痛胃镜术中全程护理干预的效果观察

Observation of the effect of nursing intervention in all course during the painless gastroendoscopic examination

目的:探讨无痛胃镜术中全程护理干预的效果。方法:将100例初次做胃镜检查的患者随机分为A组(n=50)、B组(n=50)。A组做单纯的无痛胃镜术;B组做全程护理干预的无痛胃镜术。观察并记录患者在检查中的恶心次数,Bp、P、神志的变化情况等指标。结果:B组患者的恶心次数显著低于A组(P<0.01);B组患者在检查中Bp、P、神志与A组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:在无痛胃镜术中实施全程护理干预能减轻患者的躯体反应,对消除患者紧张、恐惧心理,减少恶心不适的发生率,有效缩短检查所需时间等方面具有重要临床价值。

Objective：To investigate the effect of nursing intervention in all course during gastroendoscopic examintion.Methods： One hundred cases were randomly divided into two groups：painless gastroendoscopic examination （group A） and painless gastroendoscopie examinatio plus nursing intervention （group B）,with 50 cases in each group.The times of nausea and the changes of Bp,P and consciousness in two groups during gastroendoscopic examination were observed and recorded respectively.Results：The times of nausea in group B were significantly lower than those in group A（P〈0.001）;the differences in Bp,P and consciousness between two groups were signficant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Nursing intervention in all course during the painless gastroendoscopic examination can decrease the occurrence of body response,remove anxiety and dread mentality,reduce the occurrence of nausea and effectively shorten the time for gastroendoseopie examination.Whieh is a good way to extend the clinical application.
