摘要
本文改进了有机硅高效杀菌剂氟硅唑［（ｐ－ＦＣ６Ｈ４）２Ｓｉ（ＣＨ３）ＣＨ２－Ｎ－Ｎ＝ＣＨ－Ｎ＝Ｃ↑Ｈ］合成专利报道中的制备方法，以格氏试剂代替有机锂试剂，以乙醇钠代替氢化钠做俘酸剂，合成了氟硅唑的类似物（ｐ－ＣｌＣ６Ｈ４）２Ｓｉ（ＣＨ３）ＣＨ２－Ｎ－Ｎ＝ＣＨ－Ｎ＝Ｃ↑Ｈ和单对氯苯基衍生物，在合成格氏试剂过程中，以对二氯苯代替了对溴氯苯。这些结果使得生产成本下降并易于工业化，新合成方法可被借鉴于氟硅唑的合成。
The preparative method,which is claimed in US patent,of high effective fungicide DPX H6573(p FC 6H 4) 2Si(Me)CH 2N-N=CH-N=CH has been improved.Substituting Grignard reagent for organolithium reagent and sodium alcholate for sodium hydride,the N p chlorophenylsily) methyl]1,2,4 triazolc derivatives had been prepared in the course of preparing Grignard reagent,cheaper p ClC 6H 4Cl was substituted for expensive p BrC 6H 4Cl.Thus resulting in a decrease of preparative cost and ease to be industrialized.
