中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine in recurrent oral ulcer

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法:按照就诊先后随机将患者分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用中西医结合治疗;对照组单纯采用西药治疗。结果:远期治疗效果,两组有明显差异(P<0.01);近期效果,两组差异无显著性。结论:中西医结合治疗适应于复发性口腔溃疡的巩固治疗,对急性发作期的复发性口腔溃疡没有特殊的临床意义。

Observa Objective：To investigate the curative effect of the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of recurrent oral unlcer （ROU）. Methods： According to the registration order, patients were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was adopted with the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine,while the control group only with western medicine. Results： There was significant diference between them in the late result （P〈0.01）;While there was no significant difference in short-term effect. Conclusion：The integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine was adapted to the stable treatment of ROU,but there was no special clinical significance to acute recurrent oral ulcer.
