The Preparation and Evaluation of Copper Catalyst for Methylchlorosilane

摘要 本文详细论述了以硫酸铜为原料,经脱水干燥、通氢还原和部分氧化等工艺生产的Cu/Cu2O/CuO催化剂的制备方法,以及将该催化剂用于20mm和300mm流化床反应器直接法合成甲基氯硅烷的实验评价过程。实验结果表明该催化剂与传统的CuCl催化剂相比具有更高的反应活性和选择性。 In this paper a method for the preparation of Cu/Cu 2O/CuO catalyst is described in detail. In this method cupric sulfate crystal was used as main material, and the catalyst was prepared by means of spraying anhydration, reduction by hydrogen and controlled oxidation. The catalyst was evaluated by the direct synthesis of methylchlorosilane in 20mm and 300mm fluidized-bed reactors. The experiment results showed that compared with traditional CuCl catalyst, the prepared catalyst had higher reactivity and selectivity, and the main experimental technical specifications of the prepared catalyst had come up to the level of the catalyst produced by American SCM Inc.
