癌症患者免疫指标的检测及临床应用

Detection and clinical application of immune indices in patients with cancer

目的:探讨联合检测血清免疫抑制酸性蛋白(IAP)、T淋巴细胞亚群(TLS)、自然杀伤细胞(NK,CD16+56+)、淋巴细胞转化(LTT)在临床的应用价值。方法:分别用单向免疫扩散、流式细胞术(FCM)、淋巴细胞培养等方法检测部分癌症患者及无偿献血者以上相应指标并选取治疗组做对比观察。结果:食管癌与肺癌患者中免疫指标总异常率分别为76%(28/37)和78%(25/32),与对照组有显著差异(P<0.01)。术后的康复患者,其检测值与对照组无差异(P>0.01)。结论:免疫和肿瘤间的作用是相互的,对肿瘤患者甚至是可疑对象,联合进行血清IAP、T淋巴细胞亚群、NK细胞及LTT检测,有助于肿瘤的诊断和疗效观察及预后评估。

Objective：To explore the clinical values of detecting the immunosuppressive acid protein （IAP）. T Lymphocyte subgroup （TLS）,nature Killer（NK,CD16^＋56^＋） and lymphocyte transformation test（LTD. Methods：LAP,TLS,NK and LTT were detected separately by single immunodiffusion,flow cytometry（FCM） and Lymphocyte euhure in the part of cancer patients and the people to devote the blood,and compared with therapy subjects. Results：The abnormal total rates of the immune markers in patients with esophageal cancer and pulmonary earoinoma were separately 76%（28/37） and 78%（25/32）,significantly different from control group （P〈0.01）. The results in patients after operation were not significantly different from that in control group （P〉0.01）. Conclusion：The action of immunity is mutual with the tumor. Detecting the lAP in the serum,TLS,NK and LTT will be beneficial to the diagnosis of the tumor,observations with the therapeutic effect and evaluations of prognosis.
