摘要
采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)对一步法工业品、分步催化法和两步法国外样品进行组成分析,考察了不同合成方法对产品的组成及结构的影响。
Sorbitan esters made by one-step,two-step and the continuous two-step catalysis reaction have been analyzed by high pressure liquid chromatograph(HPLC)using an C_(18) Column. Mono-,di- and trisorbitan esters of palmitic,stearic,oleic acid have been separated using methol/water as the elution mixture.The effect on the composition of products by preparation methods has been studied.
