综述了现有茶叶天然咖啡因提取工艺以及近期的研究进展，并对其进行了较深入的探讨和评价。
This articly gives a review of the technologies for extraction of caffeine.Approach and evaluation to the technologies is deep.It would be beneficial to perfect and making a good step on the technologies as well as help for comprehensive utilization of the low and middle rank tea.
