A Brief Analysis of Property Malfunction and Invalidity of Government in Sustained Development

可持续发展已成为当前我们各项工作的核心战略,党中央国务院要求我们各级政府机关要树立科学的发展观,这正是对可持续发展战略的具体要求。文章从对可持续发展的涵义谈起,指出在可持续战略要求下,我们的实际工作中存在着产权失灵及政府失效的问题,阻碍了可持续发展战略的正常开展。

Sustained development has become the key strategy of our present work. The Party Central Committee and the State Council call on government agencies at all levels to set up a scientific concept of development that is indispensable to sustained development. This paper aims to show that in our actual work there are problems of property malfunction and the invalidity of government, which have hindered strategies of sustained development from being well carried out.
