本文提出各类烘砂设备应有统一的衡量标准,即应以蒸发水量作为烘砂设备的生产率指标。对目前国内几种以媒或碎焦为燃料的原砂烘干设备进行了评估。指出了从风量、风温等方面提高烘干设备效率的措施。介绍了新型烘干装置的结构构思。

The paper mentions that there should be a unified judge standard for various kinds of sand drying equipment,that is to say,the amount of water evaporized Should be considered as the productivity index of sand equipment.Several sand drying equipment using coal or broken cokes as fuel in this country at present have been evaluated.Measures for improving drying equipment efficiency by optimization of blast volume and blast temperature have been presented,and construction conception for new fashion drying equipment is also presented.
