摘要
分析了临界温度电阻(CTR)各组份所起的作用,研究了3种样品的测量结果对应的电阻温度特性曲线,比较其不同组份的导电特性,得出在制作CTR时较为合适的各组份之比例V2O5∶P2O5∶Fe2O3=3∶1∶1和各组份相互牵制相互影响的关系:P2O5的量影响VO2微晶的稳定,也会影响Fe2O3的变价和电子的传导;在T>TC时,Fe2O3的量影响VO2导体性能,在T<TC时,影响CTR的平均导电性能。
After analyzing a part plaied by each components of critical temperature resistor ( CTR ), studying corresponding resistauce-temperature characteristic curve of the measurement results of three samples, and comparing electric conduction characteristic of different ports, the appropriate proportion has been known , that is, when CTR is manufactured, V2O5:P2 O5:Fe2 O3 = 3: 1: 1. The relationship of each part of components when they' re interacting is also been known. The quantity of P2 O5 affects the stability of VO2 crystallite and also affects the valence of Fe2O3 ,and it' s electronic conduction. The quantity of Fe2O3 affects the conductor performance of VO2 when T〉 Tc ,and it affects the average electric conductivity of the CTR when T〈 Tc.
