摘要
为了提高发动机转速测量的精度和可靠性,采用AT89C51单片机制作了飞机发动机智能检测控制系统,此系统通过对转速信号的采集、运算、分析来实现对发动机运行状态的在线监控,此系统采用多周期同步测频法来实现对转速的测量。结果表明:它克服了一般测频方法对被测信号计数产生的±1个字误差,提高了检测精度。系统具有体积小、成本低、精度高等特点,应用前景广阔。
For improving the measuring accuracy and rehability, the intelligence checking and controlling system of aeromotor is designed with AT89C51 single chip processor. Monitor of the aeromotor' s working state on line is accomplished through collection, operation, and analysis of the rotational speed. The system uses the way of frequency measuring of many circles and synchronization to measure the rotational speed. The results show that it avoids the ± 1 error coming from the traditional method and improves the measuring accuracy. This system has the characteristic of small volume, low cost, high accuracy and etc. It can be used widely in future.
