摘要
设计了一种工程机械振动信号采集与分析系统,系统由加速度传感器、HS801虚拟测试仪、笔记本电脑等组成,通过用自带电源工作,携带方便,可以高精度、低成本地完成信号的实时采集分析,特别适用于机动测量;最后,给出一个利用该系统采集与分析工程机械振动信号的应用实例,获得ZL50型装载机操纵台的振动信号及频谱、功率谱。
A kind of vibration signal gathering and analytical system of engineering machinery is designed, and the system is made up of acceleration sensor, HS801 fictitious tester, notebook computer, etc, with its own working power. It can be carried conveniently. It is all right for high accuracy, low cost to finish gathering analytical work in real time signal ,and especially suitable for flexible measurement. Finally ,an application instance of the system is given,vibration signal and frequency spectrum, power spectrum of handling platform of model ZL50 loader are obtained in this instance.
