摘要
本文对氯丁胶的接枝共聚合改性进行了研究,主要考察了聚合条件、接枝单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)用量、第三组分氯化聚乙烯的加入对接枝型氯了胶性能的影响,研究发现引发剂用量、反应温度、时间、MMA与氯丁胶的配比等因素对共聚体系的粘度、因含量都有较大影响,加入氯化聚乙烯进行混合接枝共聚合可以显著提高共聚体系的粘接强度。
The graft copolymer of methyl methacrylate(MMA)onto polychoroprene rubber(CR) andchlorinated polyethylene(CPE)was synthesized by suing benzoplperozide(BPO)as initiator,toluene as solvent.The effect of reaction temperature,time,dosage of initiator,MMA and CPE onthe graft copolymerization was investigated.The results showed that higher solid content and optimum viscosity could be got when certain polymerization conditionds were selected.The addition ofCPE could greatly increase the binding strength.The strength was as high as 10. 2 kg/2.scmcompared with the result of 6. 4 without CPE.
