摘要
讨论了有光异形ＦＤＹ的干燥、纺丝、卷绕等生产工艺．通过调整结晶、干燥温度，降低纺丝温度和纺丝速度，并选择更合理的纺丝组件结构，能生产出主要物理特性满足用户所需的１６５ｄｔｅＸ有光异形涤纶ＦＤＹ．
Production technology of lustrous and profiled FDY is discussed, including chip drying, spinning and winding. Through adjusting the crystallization and drying temperature of chip, decreasing spinning temperature and spinning speed, and choosing more resonable spinning pack structure, 165dtex lustrous and profiled polyester FDY which main physical properties satisfy the consumer's needs can be obtained.
