摘要
本文研究了用离子交换树脂吸附法由玉米浸渍水制取肌醇的新工艺，并通过实验确定了工艺条件。肌醇收率达到０．１３７４％，质量达到国家药典标准。
The preparation of inositol from corn steep liquor with the method of adsorption of ion exchange resin ia studied. The technology conditions are made by experiments. The inositol yield is up to 0.1374% and the quality can obtain the standards of the Chinese medico-dictionary.
