C─乙酰化反应合成乙酰基异长叶烯研究

STUDY ON C-ACETYLATION REACTION FOR SYNTHESIZING ACETYL-ISOLONGIFOLENE

以异长叶烯和醋酐为原料，经乙酰化反应合成乙酰基异长叶烯。选择了较理想易得的催化剂，考察了不同物料配比，不同的反应温度、时间、投料顺序等因素对产物得率和香气质量的影响，确定了适宜的工艺条件，为乙酰基异长叶烯生产实验提供了可靠的依据。

Acetyl-isolongifolene was prepared by C-acetylation reaction with isolongifolene and acetic anhydride. In the presense of a selected catalyst, effects of ratio and sequence of feeding materials, reaction time and temperature on the yield and odor of the product were investigated. The suitable technological condition for the synthesis was decided.
