According to Chinese tradition, the beginning of the New Year is the time for every family to put its house in order and straighten out their business, finances, taxes or investments. The same is true for the nation. After January 29th, at the beginning of the Year of the Dog, everything has to be in place for a successful new year. For quite a long time already the central government h as outlined its macro-economic strategy and forcefully implemented measures in order to achieve the targeted results.
