摘要
信息流管理是供应链管理的基础环节,是实现节点企业信息共享的条件。文章提出建筑业供应链管理必须强调信息流的重要性,论述了项目导向的建筑业供应链的信息流模型,并分析了建筑业供应链信息流的特征及信息流管理与企业决策之间的关系。
Information flow management is the essential ingredient of the construction supply chain, and it is also the precondition of information sharing between enterprises. The paper suggests that the supply chain management must emphasize the importance of the information flow, discusses the information flow model of the construction supply chain, and also analyzes the characteristic of information flow and the relation between information flow management and enterprises＇ decision.
