摘要
矿产资源的资产化管理是以市场为主,政府为辅的资源配置方法,对于这种新型的管理方式,国内有很多学者从不同的角度进行了研究,现从我国矿产资源管理现状及弊端、实行矿产资源资产化管理的原因、资产化管理概述、矿产资源资产价值构成及资产评估、资产化管理的对策、资产化管理与资源化管理等方面综述现阶段国内的研究情况。
The assets management of mineral resource is a method of resource distribution that puts the market first and the government second.Many scholars in this country have studied this new management pattern from different angles.This paper summarizes the present state of the study in terms of the assets management of mineral resource and its problems, the reasons for carrying out the assets management of mineral resource, the outline of the assets management, the constitution of the value of the mineral resource and the property assessment, the countermeasures for the assets management, the assets management and the resource management.
