摘要 目的建立毛细管区带电泳分离血清脂蛋白的方法。方法用75μm(i.d.)×60 cm(L)未涂层熔融硅毛细管,含0.001 g/d l B rij35 pH 10.0的硼砂溶液作电泳缓冲液,分离经NBD-酰基鞘氨醇预染的血清脂蛋白,激光诱导荧光(L IF)检测。结果10 m in内可将脂蛋白分成3条区带。结论毛细管区带电泳为血清脂蛋白分析提供了一种新的分析方法。该法简单、快速、重复性好。 Objective To establish a method of serum lipoproteins by capillary zone electrophoresis. Methods The separation of pre-stained lipoproteins by NBD-ceramide was demonstrated in fused-silica capillaries with laser-induced fluorescence detector. The separation was accomplished using horax buffer (pH 10. 0)with 0.001 g/dl Brij35 and the capillary column with 75μm(i. d. )and 60cm of total length(50cm to detector). Results Three patterns of lipoproteins eluted within 10 min. Conclusion It was a new assay for serum lipoproteins by capillary zone electrophoresis. The method was simple, rapid and reproducible for serum lipoproteins.
