摘要
目的探讨不同条件下保存的血液对外周血造血干细胞检测的影响。方法以SE-9000型血液分析仪检测不同温度、不同时间保存的血液外周造血干细胞的数量和百分率。结果4℃条件下保存12h内造血干细胞的数量和百分率结果无明显变化;20℃条件下保存8h内造血干细胞的数量和百分率结果无明显变化;而30℃条件下保存6h内造血干细胞的数量和百分率无明显变化。8h开始结果逐渐降低。结论血液样本在4~30℃条件下保存6h对血液分析仪SE-9000检测外周造血干细胞均无影响。
Objective To survey the effects of different conditions of sample storage on analysis of hematopoietie stem cells in peripheral blood, Methods The number and ratio of hematopoietic stem cell were analyzed with SE-9000 hematology analyzer from antl-coagulated blood samples under different temperature and time. Results The number and ratio of hematopoietic stem cell were no significant changed in 12 hours stored at 4 ℃ ,in 8 hours stored at 20 'C and in 6 hours stored at 30 ℃. Conclusion The number and ratio of hematopoietie stem cell showed a good stability in 6 hours on blood samples stored at 4-30 ℃ examined with SE-9000 hematology analyzer.
