古村落综合价值的定量评价方法及实证研究——以大旗头古村为例

On the Quantitative Evaluation Method of Ancient Village's Comprehensive Value and Demonstration Study

客观评价古村落的综合价值是正确保护和利用古村落的依据。针对古村落综合价值评价的模糊性,采用层次分析法和模糊综合评判相结合的模糊综合评判模型,可以在专家知识和主观经验的基础上,利用具有严密逻辑性的数学方法合理确定评价指标权重,使定性分析与定量分析有效结合,从而提高了模糊综合评判的可靠性、准确性和客观性。以佛山三水大旗头古村落为例,对其进行综合价值评价,以此为古村落的保护与开发提供基础资料和依据。

Evaluating ancient village＇s comprehensive value objectively is the basis of correctly protecting and utilizing ancient villages. In the light of the illegibility of evaluation of ancient village＇s comprehensive value, we adopt a fuzzy comprehensive value model based on a combination of AHP and fuzzy estimation. It can reasonably determine the weights of the facto~ that influence ancient village＇ s comprehensive value by making use of＂ mathematics method, make the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis get good fusion so as to increase reliability, veracity and objectivity of the evaluation based on the AHP model and fuzzy judgement.Taking Da-qi-tou ancient village in Sanshui district of Foshan city as an example, this paper gives a comprohensive value by using abovementioned method in order to provide basic information and foundation for its protection and utilization.
