假蒟挥发油化学成分气质联用分析研究 被引量:29

摘要 采用常规水蒸气蒸馏法提取出假立艹句精油,经气相色谱-质谱联机分析,分离出60多个峰,鉴定出67种化合物,它们主要是2,4,5-三甲氧基-1-丙烯基苯(23.20%),顺-石竹烯(13.33%),1,2-二甲氧基-4-(1-丙烯基)苯(12.63%),细辛脑(9.94%),4-甲氧基-6-(2-丙烯基)-1,3-苯并二恶茂(5.71%),δ-杜松烯(3.03%)etc,占总峰面积的67.84%。 The essential oil in Piper sarmentosum Roxb was extracted by steam distillation. The oil obtained was dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate. More than 60 peaks were separated and 67 compounds were identificd by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The main compounds were 2,4,5-trimethoxy-l-propenylbenzene (23.20 % ), cis-caryophylinen ( 13.33 % ), 1, 2-dimethoxy-4- ( 1-propenyl)-benzene ( 12.63 % ), Asarone (9.94 % ), 1,3-Benzodioxole-4- methoxy-6- (2-propenyl) (5.71% ), delta-cadinene (3.03 % ) etc. The identified constituents represent 67.84 % of the peak area of the essential oil.
