摘要
研究了微波消解人发的最佳条件,此方法省时、节约试剂、消解完全、减小污染。同时研究了HNO3介质中Zn^2+催化H2O2氧化甲基紫褪色反应的适宜条件与影响因素,建立了动力学光度法测定痕量Zn^2+的新方法。本法检出限为1.54×10^-11g/L,线性范围为0~60μg/L。用于测定人发中的锌。
Hair samples are digested in the sealed container by the microwave digestion system. The experimental results show that the method is rapid, precise, and less contaminative. A new method was studied for the determination of trace Zn( Ⅱ ) in the medium of nitric acid. It was based on that Zn( Ⅱ ) catalyzing the discolouring oxidation of methyl violet by hydrogen peroxide. The detection limit for zinc was 1.54 × 10^-11 g/L and the linear range of the determination was 0 ~ 60μg/L. The method has been applied to determine Zn( Ⅱ ) in hair samples with satisfactory results.
