气相色谱-质谱法测定卷烟烟气总粒相物中的乳酸

Determination of lactic acid in cigarette smoke condensates by GC/MS

以三甲基氢氧化硫为甲酯化试剂，正戊醇为内标，采用CP-FFAP毛细管柱（25m×0．15mm i．d．×0．25μm d．f）和选择离子模式，建立了卷烟烟气总粒相物中乳酸的气相色谱-质谱分析方法。该方法的线性范围为0．285～0．0570mg／mL乳酸（r=0．9997），平均回收率为97．99％，RSD为1．58％。并用该法测定了部分卷烟烟气总粒相物中的乳酸。

A method for determining lactic acid in cigarette smoke condensates by GC/MS was established with an CPFFAP capillary column （25m×0.15mm i.d.×0.25μm d.f） and selective ion mode, using THMS as a methyl esterification reagent and n-pentanol as an internal standard. The linear range of this method was from 0. 285 mg/mL to 0.0570 mg/mL for lactic acid （r = 0.9997）. The average recovery of lactic acid was 97.99% and the RSD of this method was 1.58 %. The contents of lactic acid in some cigarette smoke condensates were determined with this method.
