摘要
以三甲基氢氧化硫为甲酯化试剂,正戊醇为内标,采用CP-FFAP毛细管柱(25m×0.15mm i.d.×0.25μm d.f)和选择离子模式,建立了卷烟烟气总粒相物中乳酸的气相色谱-质谱分析方法。该方法的线性范围为0.285~0.0570mg/mL乳酸(r=0.9997),平均回收率为97.99%,RSD为1.58%。并用该法测定了部分卷烟烟气总粒相物中的乳酸。
A method for determining lactic acid in cigarette smoke condensates by GC/MS was established with an CPFFAP capillary column (25m×0.15mm i.d.×0.25μm d.f) and selective ion mode, using THMS as a methyl esterification reagent and n-pentanol as an internal standard. The linear range of this method was from 0. 285 mg/mL to 0.0570 mg/mL for lactic acid (r = 0.9997). The average recovery of lactic acid was 97.99% and the RSD of this method was 1.58 %. The contents of lactic acid in some cigarette smoke condensates were determined with this method.
