This paper attempts to treat the system of social economy as a complex, interactive and adaptable huge system and to observe from different aspects its nonlinear dynamic, unstable, discontinuous and nonreversible in behavior, and temporary in its stable equilibrium. The theory is available in the fields such as finance, management, etc.
