大量示范性零能耗住宅项目的不断涌现,昭示着房地产开始向零能耗住宅进军,但是记者了解到,目前楼市中的零能耗住宅只能称为低能耗或是微能耗住宅。

In 2005, there are a lot of zero energy consumption projects on the Chinese property market, but none of them satisfies the standard of zero energy consumption. They can only be called low energy consumption buildings. Zero energy consumption building is still a dream now. The real estate industry has been studying and improving zero energy consumption buildings since the first model building in the world appeared in Florida, the Solar Energy Center built in 1998. The test of zero energy consumption buildings has already started in China. The first zero energy consumption model house was built at the Shanghai Institute of Architectural Science. Solar energy, geothermic energy and wind energy are providing the energy needed by this house, such as daily usage of electricity for lighting, heating, cooling, etc. Experts say this house basically does not need any other energy except the electricity needed when the geothermic energy equipment draws heat out of the earth. However, zero energy consumption technology is maturing in residential housing. There are already many near-zero energy consumption apartment buildings in Beijing and Nanjing. Most consumers are attracted by the concept of zero energy consumption. It is analyzed by experts that the market demand is rising, and the technology is improving. The zero energy consumption apartments will soon be pushed into the market by the commercial benefit.
